When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped the following day after we receive your order. No Sunday’s or holidays. 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping takes 3-5 days not including Sunday’s or holidays.

 

Will my package need to be signed for? 

YES! All packages require a signature upon delivery so be sure that your name on your state ID matches the name on your order. You will be required to show ID.

 

What payment method do you accept?

Can I return my items if I can’t fit them for a different size? 

NO! We do not do exchanges.

How do I know my size? 

For waist trainers, and Sweat vests, a size chart is provided with photos on the site. They usually run a size up from your shirt size so if you’re a large in shirts you’ll need xl. Keep in mind that changing your eatting habits will help with best results.
